Repeating the Same Habits Everyday

Take the left road.

This is something we don’t notice until someone tells us.

Is it possible we repeat what we do everyday?

Yesterday we had the same thoughts.

Yesterday we made the same judgements.

Yesterday we woke in the same way.

Yesterday we didn’t do what we were suppose to do.

Yesterday we thought ever decisions we made was OUR choice.

Yesterday, will be repeated today.

This can be both a good thing and a positive thing. If instill good habits we perform everyday, such as drinking water when we wake up, working out, reading non fiction which helps us than we’d progress in life.

What if we just watch television, play games, drink, gamble, smoke, and do other things which eat away at our life?

Well I’m telling you now, almost ever decision you make, is made at least a few milliseconds by your subconscious mind before your conscious mind receives it.

What you eat, what you do, what you want, they are all decided before you even think of them.

With this power, you can now make a choice to listen to what first choice you make, or disagree with it and teach your brain to pick the choices which help your life.

You’ll need to repeat this for at least 30 days with every choice you make to make it a habit, otherwise, your old habits will stick and life won’t get better.
